a) Local Community Networks Dowsborough Group – Update.
b) River Parrett Barrier Scheme – Review current situation and decide on any action to be taken.
c) Arrangements for Parish Council Meetings in 2026 – Clerk to report.
d) Village Website – Update.

a) Decisions Notified by Local Planning Authority to be recorded: – Clerk to Report.

a) Approve/Confirm Payment of Creditors.
b) Set Parish Precept for 2026/27 and approve budget for year ending 31st March 2027.
c) Consider potential projects for application of Community Infrastructure funds held.
d) Discuss letter received on behalf of the Chilton Waters Management Company.
e) Any other financial matters notified to the Clerk in advance of the meeting.
6. Roads and Footpaths.
a) Consider quotations received to survey two oak trees.
b) Memorial Tree Sponsorship – Update.
c) Any other matters on roads and footpaths within the Parish.
